
Erasmo Pinilla is a distinguished business executive, entrepreneur, investor, board advisor, and diplomat with more than twenty years of experience leading commercial growth, corporate strategy, international business development, and investment initiatives across the Americas.
In addition to his private sector leadership, Mr. Pinilla serves as Consul General of the Republic of Georgia in Panama, actively promoting bilateral commercial cooperation, foreign direct investment, trade development, and strategic partnerships.
Mr. Pinilla currently serves as Commercial Director and Owner of FCom Sales S.A., where he leads the company's commercial and financial strategy, overseeing business growth initiatives and annual revenues exceeding USD 2 million. He also serves as Board Member and Shareholder of several successful enterprises including ITS PTY Contact Center, Panamena de Suministros, and the restaurant groups Kanibal, Arrogante, and Calle Dragones, which collectively generate annual revenues exceeding USD 13 million.
Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Mr. Pinilla held senior leadership positions within multinational corporations. As Deputy Sales Director of Telefonica Moviles Panama, he led all commercial activities for the corporate segment, managing strategic relationships with government institutions, multinational corporations, and key enterprise accounts. Earlier, he served as Regional Business Development Manager for Constar International, leading growth initiatives and market expansion throughout the northeastern United States.
Mr. Pinilla holds postgraduate studies in Administration and Management from Harvard University, an MBA with a concentration in International Business from Gardner-Webb University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Technological University of Panama.
