Konstantinos Dimitrakis is an accomplished international entrepreneur, investor, and business executive with extensive experience in agribusiness, commodity trading, manufacturing, food processing, and strategic international partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America.

He is the Founder and CEO of the Aegean American Foundation, the holding organization behind GRUVASA and SEPLASA, leading the development of agricultural, industrial, and international trade ventures throughout the region.

Since 2012, Mr. Dimitrakis has been actively involved in the international export of coffee and cocoa to key markets including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Egypt. He is the owner of the Katzala Coffee brand and has played a significant role in expanding specialty coffee trade between Latin America and international markets.

In 2023, he invested in Grupo Verde Agro Industrial and Semillas y Plantones, leading the development of an innovative coffee and cocoa agribusiness platform in Panama. The initiative integrates advanced agricultural technologies, state-of-the-art genetic plant production using climate- and pathogen-resistant, highly productive varieties grafted from superior genetic material, sustainable water resource management, and centralized fertigation systems to enhance productivity, quality, and long-term sustainability for local producers. The platform is designed to connect premium agricultural products with international markets, particularly in the Middle East, while creating investment opportunities and fostering sustainable economic growth across the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East.

In 2017, he co-founded and successfully established MISR International Coffee Company SAE, overseeing the installation of a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and processing facility in New Cairo, Egypt, which continues to serve regional markets under the Katzala brand in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Mr. Dimitrakis is the Founder, CEO, and Managing Director of Aegean American Commodities LLP, a United Kingdom-based company specializing in the integration of coffee producers, exporters, importers, processors, and distributors throughout North Africa and the Middle East. His international engagement includes high-level discussions with DMCC Coffee Centre in Dubai, exploring the establishment of a regional cacao trading and processing center in collaboration with industry leaders.

Throughout his career, Mr. Dimitrakis has built strong commercial and institutional relationships across global markets, facilitating strategic Memoranda of Understanding and partnerships with prominent organizations including PROPANAMA, an agency of the Government of Panama, and Falcon Corporate Services, which holds a mandate from the Emirati Government to pursue international trade agreements.

From 2006 to 2018, he managed and directed DIKA S.A., the only industrial slaughterhouse in El Salvador dedicated to beef and pork processing, operating under a 12-year government concession and supplying leading supermarket chains and regional distributors throughout El Salvador and Central America.

Mr. Dimitrakis resides between Guatemala and Panama and is married with one daughter.
