Adolfo Sen is an agricultural high-technology operations director and independent consultant, focused on the development of high-yield, financially efficient operations for premium tropical crop farms in Panama, including Tahiti lime, avocado, coffee, cocoa, and mango. He specializes in the design, development, implementation, and management of processes for non-traditional permanent crop farms, targeting high yields through reduced operational cost, maximized production returns, community socioeconomic impact, and ESG strategy implementation.

Mr. Sen is the founder of Panama's first certified tropical fruit tree nursery and germplasm bank, SEPLASA (Semillas y Plantones S.A.), in Toabre, Penonome, Cocle Province, with a production capacity of over one million high-value permanent crop plants annually. He developed his expertise in high-quality fruit plant production under environmentally controlled conditions through consultancy engagements in Mexico, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Colombia, and Costa Rica.

Prior to his agricultural career, Adolfo served as Commercial Director for Copa Airlines, where he built a 23-year track record of international business development, market expansion, tourism growth, and product and brand positioning. He oversaw an international team of over 1,200 employees across Latin America in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, and operations.

Mr. Sen holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Science and Technology of Costa Rica, an MBA from the University of Louisville (Kentucky), a Corporate Strategy major from Cornell University (New York), and an Agricultural Business Management major from the University of Santiago (Chile). He resides in Panama with his wife and two children.
